I can't seem to contact customer service to download my software. I paid $75.00 IN 2007 for this art program & since then have not been able to use my program. I should've made copies of it, but I did not. I do have my receipt, order number & the product #. Which none of them are doing me any good since I cannot find the Manufacturing company or the Customer Service.
For that amount of money I shouldn't have to go through this. I would very much appreciate it, if you have the info that I need so that I can upgrade the temporary download, I can then also make a copy of it like I should have in the first place.
I can provide all the proof stating that I have receipts, etc.
